The Scottish Welfare Awards Network (SWAN) provides small grants to individual children who are living in poverty and deprivation.

Grants are provided by financial support from the BBC Children in Need appeal and are distributed by a network of local distributors throughout Scotland.

Applications can be made for children and families from birth up to eighteen years of age.
